The Billings Clinic in West Yellowstone provides primary care services matching patients with a provider who will develop a caring relationship with them helping to consult both adult and pediatric patients on chronic and acute illness, wellness exams and prevention strategies, family planning and many other services.
Each clinic employs a team of professionals who coordinate care for each patient navigating outside testing and specialty referrals and working to be every patient’s medical home. Patients also will find behavioral health and resource coordination staff ready to serve them as well.

The Job and Social Services Office provide a variety of services to both residents of and visitors to West Yellowstone. The office has resources to assist people with vital needs such as food, clothing, health care, and job referrals. Everyone is welcome to visit the office located in the Town Hall at 440 Yellowstone Avenue.
